Am I able to view properties?
Unfortunately we cannot guarantee internal viewings on all properties due to tight timescales and/or the vendors situation. We will do our utmost to make viewings available on our properties wherever possible.
Can I use my own solicitor or broker?
We have our own affiliated panel of experienced solicitors and brokers, alongside a highly skilled in-house team, to provide you with a complete and straightforward service. Our specialists have a proven track record of high completion rates, and work quickly and efficiently to secure your investment, however we have no objection to you using your own solicitors or broker with our agreement.
What are the costs?
The price you see is the price you pay! You will not be asked to pay any upfront fees or membership charges to buy BMV Properties. All our deals are structured and priced to include any commission payable. You will however need to pay for your own solicitor where an upfront fee may be required.
How do I start?

We require all investment deals to be completed within 6 weeks after securing the property.
Will the changes to Landlord Income Tax relief affect me?
The amount of Income Tax relief that landlords receive on residential property finance costs will be restricted to the basic rate of Income Tax from April 2017. This affects all landlords letting residential properties in the UK or overseas as an individual, in a partnership or in a trust, and means that landlords will be taxed on their turnover rather than their profits. Income Tax on property profits and any other income sources will be assessed and your Income Tax liability will be reduced by a basic rate ‘tax reduction’. Landlords who operate as a limited company remain unaffected by the tax relief changes.
